Pupils are often overpowered by the exams pressure building upon them. Many pupils ordinarily begin studying one or two weeks prior to the examination. Others indulge in less healthy pursuits like caffeine-boosting, smoking or excessive television watching–all done to relieve the stress.They study till late at night and sometimes might not sleep at all which leads to a degrading performance overtime. A change in their study habits is unquestionably called for.So, this question bugs many pupils which is how to improve your study habits.
Pupils should keep pace with their course syllabus at school. This will give them a finer view of what they need to know against what they already know and how much time they really need to review.
Pupils should examine their strong suits and failings better prior to the exams and can take the help of your instructors well before time and get over with it.
Smoking and caffeine consumption are performance degraders. They should be avoided as much as possible. Caffeine is known to stimulate wakefulness which in turn leads to tiredness and a tired brain can not perform at its prime level when required.
Watching a little TV is good but it should be pre-decided for how long TV will be ON. Surfing aimlessly through channels and programs often leads to wasting of time which is of the utmost importance during exams.
A sensible diet is recommended. Eating lots of grains and drink fresh fruit juices is often recommended.
Make a schedule which permits you to study and leave some free time to indulge in a sport or any physical activity.
